One shop, start to finish
Stringers, treads and railing come from one shop on one schedule. Everything lines up: no gaps between trades, no mismatched finishes. You see the whole stair in a 3D rendering before we build it.
Materials & finishes
Powder-coated steel in black, bronze or custom colors. 316 marine-grade stainless steel cable railings. Tempered glass. Wood or steel handrails.
Inspected & Code-Compliant
Structural and shop welds are inspected by Nick Scott Inspections, our independent local Fallbrook special inspector (AWS CWI #15011281, ICC #8457775). Our welders are qualified to AWS D1.1.
